Embarking on the journey to become a massage therapist was driven by my desire to positively impact people’s lives, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to do so.
Navigating life's difficulties can be tough, and I'm here to provide the support you need to ease those challenges. My goal is to relieve your aches and pains, enhance your sleep quality, and assist you out of the 'Fight or Flight' state, even if just for an hour.
As a dedicated lifelong learner, I’ve integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Acupuncture into my practice. I chose to pursue this medicine to delve deeper into health, aiming to address the root causes of issues and foster positive systemic change.
I incorporate various modalities into your treatment, ensuring a personalized approach. Each session is meticulously tailored to your unique needs, adapting day by day based on your physical and emotional well-being.
Experience the transformative power of therapeutic touch and acupuncture at my Yonge and Eglinton clinic.
