Every body has a story and it’s our job, together, to listen to what it has to say.

Modalities Available

  • Registered Massage Therapy

Every massage therapist in Ontario gets the same training; what any of us does with it is totally different. In a treatment I include myofacial work, deep tissue, and wellness techniques. My approach is slow and deliberate. Each appointment is unique to where you’re at on a given day. The goal with every visit is to be effective in addressing your goals as well as it being a rejuvenating experience.

  • Acupuncture

Who is Acupuncture good for? Everyone. Acupuncture can help folks suffering from chronic pain, migraines, digestive issues, TMJ disorder - the list goes on. Your appointment will include a detailed intake to choose the best course of treatment. Your visit can include the use of needles (they aren’t that scary, I promise), cupping, massage, and guasha.

  • Thai Massage

Thai Massage is described as the Sacred Dance; it’s described as having Yoga done to you. Both are accurate, and neither scratches the surface. This treatment is done fully clothed on mats on the floor. You’ll be rocked, rolled, stretched, and pressed. Superficially we work on range of motion of the joints and releasing tight muscles. On a deeper level we work on clearing energetic pathways. You’re hopefully left with a feeling of ease in your body.

  • Cupping

Who doesn’t want giant bruises all over them to say to the world they’ve had this treatment done? All kidding aside, I use cupping in both an Eastern and Western way. In the Eastern style the cups are stationary and placed on areas of stagnation or that need extra care. In the Western style I slide the cups to free up adhesions in the muscles and connective tissue to allow for better movement.
