This time of year fills up quickly, and I want to make sure every spot goes to someone who needs it.

Your appointment will be confirmed once your credit card details and health history form are completed (both are required before your first visit). Jane securely stores your information and meets all privacy standards.

Please note that appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a fee (up to the full appointment amount). I try to keep fees to a minimum, but short-notice changes often mean I can’t fill that spot.
